CIL to host 5K Charity Run/Walk
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Caribbean Insurers Limited (CIL), in collaboration with the BVI Miss World Organisation, is hosting a 5K Charity Run and Walk in an effort to raise funds for the rebuilding of the Eslyn Henley Richiez Learning Centre on May 19, 2018, at the Queen Elizabeth II Park, starting at 5:30 A.M.
Kadia K. Turnbull receives her Miss World BVI Crown
WICKHAM’S CAY II, Tortola, VI- Chairman of the Miss World BVI Organisation, Mr Damian C. Grange says despite not having a local pageant to select the winner to represent the territory, he is confident that Kadia K. Turnbull will represent the Virgin Islands (UK) to the “highest degree” at the 66th edition of the Miss World International Pageant in Washington DC on December 18, 2016.
Miss BVI World hopefuls go public
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Popular singer Sasha Wintz, Bryana Nycol Robles-Dixon, Yadali Thomas-Santos and Mindy Paul are the four young women who were introduced to the public last evening, September 11, 2015, as the contestants for the Miss BVI World 2015 pageant to be held at the Eileene L. Parsons Auditorium, H. Lavity Stoutt Community College campus, in Paraquita Bay on October 3, 2015.
