CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St Thomas, USVI- United States Attorney Delia L. Smith announced Monday, August 29, 2022, that a federal grand jury returned an indictment charging Alfredo Bruce Smith, 51, of St Thomas, US Virgin Islands (USVI) with twenty counts of charges including production of child pornography, coercion and enticement, and transportation of a minor for illegal sexual activity.

The person speaking through the machine commanded students to get to their classes, or stay inside whatever building they were in.
