Magistrate remands youth 'to protect society'
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Senior Magistrate Tamia Richards was very concerned about the protection of the public when she made the decision to lock away 21-year-old Estervan Jefferson until his next scheduled court appearance on May 11, 2015 for his most recent brush with the law. He was on bail for other criminal matters.
