Scholarship Programme Policy to be revised – Dr the Hon Wheatley
DUFF'S BOTTOM, Tortola, VI- Minister for Education, Culture, Youth Affairs, Fisheries and Agriculture Dr the Hon Natalio D. Wheatley (R7) said due to the pockets of ambiguity noted in the current Virgin Islands Scholarship Programme, plans are underway to have it revised.

DUFF’S BOTTOM, Tortola, VI- Three years after the now ousted National Democratic Party (NDP) Government halted the scholarship programme, blaming Hurricane Irma and Maria, the Virgin Islands Party (VIP) Government has resumed the critical programme, awarding some 32 scholarships to the Territory’s students.
