Joe’s Hill Housing Development reinstated with $17M contract
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Social Security Board (SSB) of the Virgin Islands has inked a $17-million contract with James Todman Construction Ltd to reinstate the Joe’s Hill Housing Development, which will establish 43 residential units to first-time homeowners.
