Passengers cry out again about LIAT’s 'poor & uncaring' service
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Regional air carrier LIAT has again come in for criticism over its alleged poor service and alleged "uncaring" treatment of passengers.
Stranded LIAT passengers allege 'poor' customer service
BEEF ISLAND, VI – A large number of persons booked to depart the Terrence B. Lettsome International Airport at Beef Island cried shame on the customer service they reportedly received from LIAT agents after their flight was cancelled on October 27, 2015.
‘LIAT needs to be sued!’ – allegedly stranded passengers
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Several passengers who were allegedly stranded in Antigua on December 13, 2014 are currently seeking legal advice as they said enough is enough with LIAT not displaying any sense of compassion for their passengers much less children.
