Repeated absentee juror Keron Scatliffe fined
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - "Mr Keron Scatliffe has today again absented himself without excuse," noted High Court Judge Ms Nicole Byer following the roll call earlier this afternoon December 11, 2014 at a session which was geared to bring the final sitting of the High Court for 2014 to a close.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Jevon Demming and Sherman Williams were back in the High Court on November 21, 2014 with the expectation of knowing their fate having been found guilty on October 22, 2014 for attempted murder.
New charge against Sherman Williams
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – At the opening of the October Assizes today October 7, 2014 at the High Court of the Virgin Islands the Court heard that the trial of Jevon Demming and Sherman Williams will be the first to be tried commencing on Thursday October 9, 2014.
