26 complete Entrepreneurial Education Programme
PARAQUITA BAY, Tortola, VI- 26 entrepreneurs and business owners have completed the Entrepreneurial Education Programme, a training initiative hosted by the Department of Trade in collaboration with the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College (HLSCC) - designed to strengthen business planning, marketing, financial management and operational skills.

Harrigan assured this news site that tonight's August 9, 2014 awards and closing ceremony to mark the end of Festival 2014 will be done ahead of the 10:00 pm time set for the fireworks display.
