LEVERICK BAY, Virgin Gorda, VI – Nick Willis, the owner of the Leverick Bay Resort, said it was a broken steering mechanism on the boat 38 Top Gun that resulted in yesterday’s (May 25, 2014) crash at the Poker Run.
