ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Word just reaching our newsroom is that Earl D. Hodge aka Bob Hodge and former Customs Officer Roberto ‘Tico’ Harrigan have lost their extradition case brought by the Crown on behalf of the Government of the United States of America.
Tarik & Tico remanded to prison for breaching curfew
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Roberto ‘Tico’ Harrigan and Tarik Aaron were remanded to prison when they appeared in the Magistrate's Court on August 10 and 11, 2017 respectively after they were found guilty of breaching conditions of their bail.

Hodge and Roberto 'Tico' Harrigan were today February 14, 2017 granted bail by a magistrate brought in specifically for this case.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Informed and reliable sources including close family members of at least two of the four who were given judgment in their favour yesterday December 22, 2014 by Justice Vicki Ann Ellis have confirmed that they were today December 23, 2014 released from prison.
