MIAMI, Florida, USA- Theresa M. Van Vliet, the attorney for former Premier of the Virgin Islands Hon Andrew A. Fahie, has made a request for another postponement of Mr Fahie’s sentencing in a Miami court.
Sentencing for Oleanvine Pickering-Maynard pushed back to June 20, 2024
MIAMI, Florida, USA- After many postponements, former Managing Director of the BVI Ports Authority (BVIPA) Oleanvine Pickering-Maynard was expected to have her sentencing hearing in a Miami courtroom on Thursday, June 6, 2024. Surprisingly; however, the hearing has been pushed back to June 20, 2024.
