Seven newly certified Met Observers @ BVIAA
TRELLIS BAY, BEEF ISLAND, VI- Air Traffic Control Officers of the BVI Airports Authority (BVIAA) are now certified meteorological observers, having completed the Aeronautical Meteorology Observer Training Course which was held in collaboration with the Caribbean Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (CIMH).

Brathwaite Jr., one of the several Virgin Islanders who has been using his professional expertise right at home in the VI has confirmed that VI Airlink has achieved large aeroplane operator status, by becoming certified to operate their Beech 1900C-1 that is over 5700 kg.
