UPDATE: Medical Report proved Kevin Sprauve had mental disorder
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The High Court heard shortly after 11:00 am today June 13, 2014 that Kevin Sprauve age 38 years was suffering a mental disorder at the time of committing the criminal acts to which he had pleaded guilty.
