'Inappropriate sexual behaviour’, drugs & violence plaguing high schools- Hon de Castro
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Noting that the issue weighs heavily on the national conscience, Minister for Education, Youth Affairs and Sports Honourable Sharie B. De Castro (AL) has raised the alarm about the rise of serious and extreme misbehaviour among students in the public secondary school system.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Teachers, especially some at the Elmore Stoutt High School (ESHS), are pleased to learn that a policy to guide disciplinary measures for school children is in the making but admonished that the draft first be scrutinized by parents and teachers.
