Grant paid overdue rent, rental vehicle in cash day after robbery- court

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- One day after the robbery and the same day that Catherine Pickering, the 67-year-old woman who was fatally shot during a robbery on April 18, 2021, at her residence in Paraquita Bay, Tortola in the head and chest with an AK-47 assault rifle, died from her wounds, Shameek Grant, reportedly paid his landlord $1,950 cash after being behind on his rent.

Pier Park tenants to pay full rent from March 1, 2021

CDC issues Order halting rent evictions for States & Territories

ATLANTA, Georgia, USA- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on Tuesday, September 1, 2020, issued a sweeping order which halts through December 31, 2020, millions of residential renters from being evicted, a move the CDC says is aimed at combating the novel coronavirus. The expansive action covers all of the US's 43 million renters who fall in the purview of the order.

Homeowners want protection from errant tenants
