UPDATE: Kavarne Richards remanded for Cornel M. Francis’ murder
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Kavarne Richards, 28, has been remanded to prison today October 13, 2014 after he appeared before Magistrate Ayana Baptiste-DaBreo following his arrest in relation to the murder of Cornel Melbourne Francis which occurred on May 9, 2013 at Long Look Sticket.
UPDATE: 12 & 7 yrs for Edwards & Simmonds Jr respectively
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Yan Edwards and Rodney Simmonds Jr were this morning, December 2, 2013 sentenced to several years in prison after they were found guilty of conspiring to murder Cornel Melbourne Francis.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Crown has put a cap on its case against Rodney Simmonds Jr and Yan Edwards who are jointly charged for allegedly conspiring to murder Cornel Melbourne Francis on March 13, 2011. Chief witness Henito Penn had called both of the accused in the plot.
