CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St Thomas, USVI- Students at the Charlotte Amalie High School said that they were having lunch on Tuesday December 15, 2015 when a code red lockdown alert started blaring through the intercom system. The person speaking through the machine commanded students to get to their classes, or stay inside whatever building they were in.
