ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – After stating that his promised lawsuit against the Virgin Islands’ Government for monies allegedly owed to him for work done on the Cruise Pier Development Project was delayed due to having difficulties getting legal representation in the territory, Former Project Coordinator of the Cruise Pier Development Project, Hugh E. Darley has confirmed that he is ready to file his lawsuit.
