Caribbean must prepare better 'for engagement' with Latin America- E. Benito Wheatley
PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad & Tobago- Vice Chair of the United Nations (UN) Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean, and Vice Chair of the Caribbean Development and Cooperation Committee (CDCC), Mr E.
