Fmr USVI Governor & respected physician Roy L. Schneider has died

FREDERIKSTED, ST Croix, USVI- Former Governor of the US Virgin Islands (USVI) Roy Lester Schneider died at age 83 on Sunday, December 18, 2022, from health complications, the Consortium can confirm. His passing comes six months following the death of former Governor Charles W. Turnbull, who died on Sunday, July 3, 2022.
