ROAD TOWN, Town, VI – A man said to be homeless and identified as Marvin Gumbs has been observed by a Reporter of the Virgin Islands News jostling a number of persons who appeared to have been tourists and the reporter was also targeted.
UPDATE: Gumbs gets one year sentence for wounding police officer
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Marvin Gumbs of no fixed place of abode was sentenced by Senior Magistrate Tamia Richards to 12 months in prison on charges of wounding a Police Officer and 9 months in prison on charges of common assault when he appeared before the Magistrate’s Court on September 27, 2013.
