Flash flooding, damage to roads & even vehicles reported across Tortola
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- With heavy rainfall over the last 24 hours, flooding has occurred in low-lying areas across Tortola. Some roads were left almost impassable due to rocks and other debris while there have been reports of roads being compromised.
Vehicle runs off road @ Cappoons Bay
CAPPOONS BAY, Tortola, VI- It is unclear the circumstances surrounding the incident; however, a vehicle ended up running off the road and settling on some rocks at Cappoons Bay sometime between last night, January 28, 2023, and this morning, January 29, 2023.

FISH BAY, Tortola, VI - Employees at Tola Mitsubishi in Fish Bay had a scare of their lives on August 15, 2013 after a blast at a nearby quarry sent rock missiles in the direction of the business place, some of which ripped through its roof and narrowly missed hitting persons in the building.
