Education Minister reiterates ‘zero tolerance for indiscipline among students’

Former legislator & retired Principal Elmore Stoutt racks up $65G
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Retired school principal Mr Elmore Stoutt is one of two persons hired by the Ministry of Education and Culture to perform as employees outside the ambit of the Public Service Commission. Mr Stoutt also receives a salary of more than $65,000 annually.
