Tropical Storm Bertha makes landfall in the VI
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Rain and heavy winds bore down on the Virgin Islands today August 2, 2014 as Tropical Storm Bertha made landfall as predicted by the tropical Storm advisories sent earlier by the Antigua Met Office through the Department of Disaster Management (DDM) of the Virgin Islands.
UPDATE: Valve explosion caused chlorine leak at water plant -MCW Minister
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - It was a valve that had exploded while it was being opened by an employee that caused the chlorine leak at the Baugher's Bay Desalination Plant on February 6, 2013.
