Cline: BVIHSA will continue to make 'dent' in debts owed

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Chairman of the BVI Health Services Authority (BVIHSA), John I. Cline, has disclosed that various efforts continue to be made to collect arrears owed to the organisation by delinquent patients.
