2 social activists ‘Picko Moff’ & Kishma Penn arrested then released
EAST END, Tortola, VI- Two outspoken social activists whom lawyers have alleged continue to engage in libel and slander of residents, in particular the political class, were recently picked up by police, questioned and released.
