UPDATE: BVIEC/Delta Pet. 4-yr deal to cost approx. $150ml

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Following what was described as intense negotiations between the management of the BVI Electricity Corporation (BVIEC) and Delta Petroleum BVI, the parties inked a four-year contract which is likely to amount to some $150 million over the life of the contract accounting for approximately 13 million gallons of Diesel fuel per annum.

'NDP Govt. reckless for disobeying Court!' - Bevis A. Sylvester

Sylvester as he blasted the Customs Department of the Government of the Virgin Islands which to-date has not honoured a Consent Order of the Supreme Court.

Delta denies Gov’t fuel inspectors access to storage facility

POCKWOOD POND, Tortola, VI- Government officers responsible for some aspects of inspections of fuel were earlier today, November 25, 2013 denied access to the Delta Petroleum storage facility at Pockwood Pond since they allegedly failed to comply with the stipulated procedures and practices when conducting such an activity.

Delta petroleum gets green light to access seized fuel & tank

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court of the Virgin Islands has consented to an application agreed to by Delta Petroleum (Caribbean) Ltd and Her Majesty Commissioner of Customs granting the fuel company permission to retrieve and use the fuel and tanker which was seized by Her Majesty’s Commissioner of Customs.
