CoI Reforms: Deadlines were missed on both Governor & Gov’t side – Premier

Wheatley (R7) has revealed that when it comes to enacting the framework for the implementation of the CoI Report Recommendations and other reforms in the Virgin Islands (VI) agreed to with the UK Government, deadlines were missed by not only Cabinet, but by the Governor.
