WEST END, Tortola, VI – Former Chief Inspector in the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) Mr Vere H.E. Browne, who is a resident of the Third District of the Virgin Islands, has questioned why the government continues to 'drag its feet' on removing Hon Andrew A. Fahie (R1) from the House of Assembly and calling a by-election so the seat can be filled.
