CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St Thomas, USVI- Shortly after 6:00 am on Monday, march 10, 2020, Jose A. Garcia, Jr, 28, of Hospital Ground, St Thomas, US Virgin Islands (USVI), was arrested and charged with simple assault, domestic violence after assaulting a woman at a bus stop, according to the [US] Virgin Islands Police Department (VIPD).
