Premier delighted at male top achievers as ASEP hosts 10th graduation
PARAQUITA BAY, Tortola, VI – Premier Dr. the Hon. D. Orlando Smith expressed pride in the fact that males were among the top achievers in a group comprised predominantly of women and praised their combined efforts in achieving success as the 10th anniversary graduation exercise of the Alternative Secondary Education Programme (ASEP) was held yesterday, November 29, 2012 in the Eileene L. Parsons Auditorium of the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College (HLSCC).
