CARROT BAY, Tortola, VI- Jermaine A. Ricketts got the better of Julius Farley in the just concluded 5K road racing series; however, Farley has so far turned the tables in the 10K series.

Farley clocked 42.23.5 to win the Carrot Bay 10K, the series opener, on June 28, 2025.

The younger Ricketts had to settle for second in 43:00.3.

Sam Thompson comfortably took third place in a time of 45:36.7.

Sarah Latham the winning female

On the distaff side, Sarah Latham was first to cross the line. Latham completed the tough course in 54:22.2.

The veteran road runner, Rosmond Johnson, was second in 58:40.2.

Sophie Bennett (1:45:02.5)was the winning power walker.

Next up will be the Beef Island 10k on July 19, 2025.
