'Fantastic four' finalists for Miss Universe BVI 2025 Pageant revealed

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The finalists for the 2025 Miss Universe British Virgin Islands Pageant were revealed at Seven at the Pier on Saturday, July 5, 2025.

Described as "The Fantastic Four" by the Miss Universe British Virgin Islands Committee, they are Rebeka Josil (Contestant #1), Kimberly A. Herbert (Contestant #2), Rhonda R. Victor-Pinnock (Contestant #3), and Olivia M. Freeman (Contestant #4).

The Miss Universe BVI 2025 Pageant will be held at Eileene L. Parsons Auditorium in Paraquita Bay on Sunday, August 24, 2025.

The winner will represent the Virgin Islands at the Miss Universe 2025 Pageant.

Deyounce E. Lowenfield is the outgoing Miss Universe BVI.

    I thought one of the rules and requirements for this show is that you couldn’t be married or previously married? And you can’t have children? And what about the age requirement- is that no longer a thing?

      Miss Universe has no age requirement . You can now be married with children as well

    I am pleased that two of the contestants have heeded Marcus Garvey's plea to, "take the kinks out of your mind, not out of your hair". He also predicted that, "the colour black, natural hair style, and hitherto disparaged Negroid features, will one day constitute a new standard in beauty".

    The paintings and sculptures in my series "Daughters of the Caribbean Sun" are meant to give Afro-Caribbean women courage in their own visual identity, rather than prostituting their natural charms to a foreign concept of beauty.

        Your statement is horendous. You should be shameful. There are no ugly people on the face of the Earth because God didn't create anything ugly. We are all unique. I do not know any of these ladies personally but i hate when others cast such abhorrent, disgusting, repugnant and wickedness on others. Take some time to change your ways before its too late.       Yep, she seems to be the most natural of them all. I don't know any of them. I wish all of the contestants good luck and do remember to have some fun. Make friends with each other as well.

      That is not being brutal and savage. It is the truth. If beauty is from within, then let the natural beauty from within show and shine. Then you are masking your natural beauty with the fake hair and make up. I would say 99% of the black women in the BVI wear a wig or a weave and those damn glue on bat wings on their eyelashes when remove is tearing off their natural eyelashes.

    To much women walking around in the heat looking/trying to look like fake plastic blown up barbie dolls with the horse hair wigs down their backs. Some of the black women is wearing blonde bone straight wigs since when does a black woman have straight natural blonde hair?

      Correct, short manicured nails and French manicure is more classy and gives a woman a classy look.Those claws is more of an urban street look. I often wonder how can a person with the claws clean themselves properly.

        French Manicure will never goes out of style. Listen ladies, don’t take it personal, when you decide to wear spandex pants big or small women, get you some thin panty liners and tape the panty liner to the front crouch area and it will hide your camel toe. That camel toe looks nasty. Another thing, please shave or wax your underarms when wearing tank tops or other clothing where your underarms are exposed. Underarm hair carries bacteria.

    I does wonder if the committee that sending these ladies, see what they are up against. The beauties that win Miss Universe are way more than the BVI can handle. If you’re talking about competing not one of them could place near or by first place. Remember it’s not just beauty. It’s also brains!

    These pageants have lost their purpose. Back in the day contestants had to actually work to win, the prizes were worth it and changed people’s lives. Today it’s more bragging rights and a trip here and there. The women did it to improve their conditions because prizes included scholarships, cars, money, etc. we actually saw the difference the pageants made amongst our youth and in our community. Sorry to say but after Festival you don’t even see or hear from these people in any capacity, the committee, the winner or the other contestants. Government needs to stop wasting money.
