Fake police murder 3 in Morvant T&T

MORBANT, Trinidad & Tobago - Three men died in the mass shooting in Morvant on Tuesday evening.

Dead are Shaqkeem Dennis, 26, of Paradise Heights, Movant, Israel McLean, 19, of Paradise Heights, and Jammol Williams, of Upper Mapp Lands.

At around 7.50 p.m. the three were among a group liming near Building D, Paradise Heights, when a dark colured four-door open tray pick up vehicle pulled up.

Three men, all wearing clothing marked “police” got out and announced themselves as police officers.

They started shooting the group of limers, before driving away.

McLaren and Williams died at the hospital.

Dennis died at the scene.

Police retrieved eighteen 7.62 spent shells, fourteen 5.56 spent shells, and three 9mm spent shells.
