FLORIDA, USA – Ex-Premier Andrew A. Fahie (R1), through his counsel has filed court documents to meet the satisfaction of a Nebbia Proffer requirement as a condition of the $500,000.00 corporate surety bond.

The Ex-Premier was arrested in Florida, United States on charges of drug smuggling and money laundering, alongside his Ports Director, Oleanvine Pickering-Maynard in a US sting operation.

Fahie was offered bail in the sum of $1,000,000 with a Nebbia condition for half of the funds and a disclosure of the source of funding.

The Nebbia satisfaction consists of the Affidavit of Albion ‘Bobby’ Hodge in support of the evidence of the source of funds used to pay for the premium for the corporate surety bond in place for Es-Premier Fahie.

Hodge releveled that he is one of four (4) siblings and is a dual citizen of the United Kingdom and the United States of America as well as a childhood friend of Hon Fahie through family connections.

Source of funds disclosed

“I have several businesses that operate in the VI and the U.S. Virgin Islands. These businesses include Stanley's Welcome Villas in Cane Garden Bay, VI; Carrie's Comfort Inn, Cane Garden Bay VT; the CSY Marina (where my ferry boats are moored); BVI Spring Water (a water bottling and sale concern)2; a thirty (30)Hertz Rental Car franchise; CSY Oxygen Company (supplying hospitals and medical facilities); and a residence in Cane Garden Bay,  BVI valued at approximately $2,500,000.00,” the document states.

Hodge also indicated that included in his business holdings is Caribbean Maritime Excursions, Inc "CME".

He said CME is a for-profit corporation registered under the laws of the USVI and has been registered since 2003 and is currently active.

CME is owned by a holding company, Road Town Fast Ferry Services, LTD, which is the VI holding company for CME and is the titled owner of one or more vessels operated in connection with the entity's established and popular ferry services.

Hodge also indicated that his estimated net worth is US $30M.

With Hon Fahie’s case set for July 18, 2022, the US courts will have to indicate whether they accepted the proffer to offer the ex-Premier some freedom ahead of the trial.

The Judge now has to be convinced that the funds are from legitimate sources.
Which is going to be interesting.

He is still going to be under surveillance 24/7. The Feds is going to be sitting outside in unmarked cars watching to see if he is going to make a move. If he knows what is good for him. He so much as step outside, they are going to snatch him up and he will be taken back to lock up until his July trial. His family passports and travel documents is also seized so no one can leave Miami.

Andrew will not jeopardise his friends bail money by being stupid enough to jump bail. If he did that, he would have nowhere else to turn in this world. Hodge is truly a good friend to do this for him.

By the time they finish investigating his friend that is paying the bond and his business, July trial will be here. Dude should have stayed in jail until the trial date. He might be released on bail but he will still confined to wherever he will be staying hooked up to a GPS tracker, Feds outside watching the house front and back, lap tops , cell phones and any mail sent to or leaving the residence will be monitored.

Why would Bobby put himself in this ?
To be investigated also ? Eh? to put yourself and your business in danger of being dug into by the DEA, FBI and other law enforcement agencies? No man the benefits must be great. I wouldn’t have done it. I would help with the Money but let someone like Ronnie S do it.

Seems like you got something to hide. This man has nothing to hide seems like you don't know him. If I had that kind of money I would have done the same it matters not when Mr. Fahie's case is scheduled to call. Help someone along life's journey then our living will not be in vain. Regardless of what transpire in the out come. One is innocent until proven guilty. Mr. Fahie not going to run off any where.

Ferryman is no stranger to risky business with Roxy, Bev*s and Head Coach. They go back a long way and have been involved in dubious business before. Payback time for the coach but I hope Ferryman ain’t leaving his backside exposed declaring he is a dual citizen and his net worth is $30M. Uncle Sam will want a slice of that big pie even the BVI based business.
    • IRS (11/06/2022, 21:04) Like (8) Dislike (2) Reply
Yes we will surely investigate all ferryman's personal and corporate tax returns for the last 50+ years to verify he declared ALL his annual income every year and paid the appropriate US taxes each year. If there are any discrepancies then his IRS account will be audited and his funds will be inadmissible for any bail applications. Remember that ALL US citizens must report ALL their annual income to the IRS every year.

I can't bear to see what is coming now that the UK will rule, and yes, they will rule. These beautiful islands will be reduced to fighting and a racist takeover of the people who were born here. SMH! The BVI never even tried to gain their independence, and now it is too late.
