Essadro Jefferson found Not Guilty of attempting to murder David Springette

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Essadro Jefferson has been found not guilty of attempting to murder David Springette aka Mooney, now deceased, in 2016.

A jury of nine, consisting of 7 women and 2 men, returned a not-guilty verdict today, Monday, November 13, 2023, in the High Court.

Jefferson had been charged with attempting to murder Springette, who was shot in the leg on December 12, 2016.

Springette was subsequently shot and killed outside the Wayside Bar in Fat Hogs Bay on the evening of June 21, 2017.

Jefferson was represented by attorney Ruthilia Maximea.

        @ realest learn the immigration act jackass belonged status can be revoked once the Governor or on advise from the chief immigration officer deems him to be undesirable that's if you know what the word undesirable means.       The victim said before he died that the person who shot him had tattoos. Essadro has no tattoos. Tis case should not have been brought against Essadro in the first place.
