I also called and they came out, but the dude was too fast to hideaway. He is very disrespectful and a burglar and thief with mental issues because of his drug use. So glad he has finally been caught. He cut off his hair, but his face is the same crazy-looking person staring back at you.

@ Bill:. Bill, you are definitely right that he, Kurt Rabsatt, need psychiatric/psychological treatment, but his most urgent needs are Godly reformation, transformation. All three are necessary, though, for his, his family, and the community good.
We urgently need a legal, elegal Drug Recovery Center in the BVI to help the many youth that are mentally hooked on the wrong substance.
Christian Community, how about a day of pray at least once a month for our youths?

Only on Tortola them hide and protect wanted criminals. most of the current young generations on Tortola will have a shot life span because many are in and involved with drugs and criminals. Young man and young woman; walk away while you can; There’s no evidence of a successful drug man or woman that live to talk about it.

Dude have some type of mental problem, not taking his side or anything but locking him up is not going to help the problem. He need to be somewhere where he can receive psychological care and treatment.

@ But for real. Well, the prison right now is the only place that can hold him keeping him away from the general public. We cannot live in fear he will break in and steal our hard-earned items to sell for drugs. He already stole someone's bike and was trying to sell it this weekend. He is also young and strong and can hurt someone. Leave him right behind bars.
