When you think of roads, think MCW. Tortola has roads, but they are not really conducive to vehicular traffic. People take risk everyday they walk, ride, or drive on the roads. For a small place like Tortola, I wonder why there is not a constructive engineering plan put in place to build good roads around the island. I wonder where the Tax payers money is going to. Other larger countries who are looked down upon by the very ones who occupy Tortola have motor way that is well prepared, marked and drivable. But Lard, when someone take a good look at the Tortola roads, they are left to wonder if there is a ministry responsible for the roads.

One of the major problem is that the Government dish out road works jobs to persons who don't understand a clue about drainage and water, and they do not retain a high school certificate. Obviously, if the school system failed, the road works are going to fail as well.
