In a Facebook post today, the Minister said children and adolescents will have an opportunity to have exceptional experiences at this year's 2023 camp.

Hon deCastro added that the initiative will also help to enhance social, critical thinking, problem-solving, digital and life skills of students. 

Grassport Sports & STEAM on agenda 

Additionally, students will be engaged in grassroots sports development that fosters core values like discipline, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship while learning and having fun.

The program will run from July 4-31^st 2023, and open to 5-16-year-olds at various locations across the Virgin Islands, “We are looking forward to an active, fun-filled, and educational summer! See you soon campers,” Hon de Castro added.
