ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Courtney Fahie aka Dudu Man, who allegedly stormed into the bedroom of a woman armed with a knife late last year, has been ordered by the court to stay away from the Virtual Complainant (VC).

Charged with criminal trespass and being armed with an offensive weapon, Fahie was also offered bail in the sum of $10,000 with one signed surety and had to surrender his passport when he appeared in the Magistrate’s Court recently before Tamia Richards.

Fahie landed in trouble after it is alleged that on November 19, 2011 at Hope Hill, he allegedly entered the home of a woman without her consent.

The VC, who is allegedly from the Dominican Republic, told Police that she was asleep in her bedroom when she heard a sound and awoke to find the defendant in her bedroom with gloves on and a knife in hand.

Frightened the VC shouted for a relative, who also saw the Fahie before he ran out of the house, allegedly leaving the knife behind. The knife was reportedly recovered in the woman’s closet.

In his defense, Fahie informed police that the VC had allegedly called him to her house to talk and when question about the knife, he reportedly told police that he uses it to do his work.

Nonetheless the case is heading to trial on March 12, 2012.
