the way I see people driving on the Sir Francis Drake's Highway, i'm surprised that we don't have more accidents on that stretch. it only takes about 30 mins from Soper's Hole to Trellis Bay at a reasonable speed. what's the rush?

The term "highway" is defined in 27 CFR 555.11 as "any public street, public alley, or public road, including a privately financed, constructed, or maintained road that is regularly and openly traveled by the general public.

Doesn’t have to be more than 2 lanes
