The history of hiring people who live and came from America as a very bad one,. So please avoid doing that...This is not the best choice, We've got better choices living right here.. I like NHI Dr Vanterpool, good and honourable man.

The whole hospital from the top to the bottom needs a good shaking up. All this sleeping on the job, talking patients business in the hallways, and what ever is going on needs to stop. Another thing, all those empty rooms in the hospital that is being used for sleeping and the nasty needs to be checked. First clue check the maintenance staff.

Thanks for the leadership of a lady with some understanding about how the BVIHSA runs on a day to day. Firstly she needs to get meeting with all departmental staff to ask about how it is manage and their feed back on the supervisors cause some are just in that position because of sheer luck eg some comes to work have noneor very limited interaction with the staff work like them on a work to rule can't put in that e, Tra hr to help the staff when in crisis and love to be home every weekend knowing your staff working a 24hr shift not the Monday to Friday administratiive desk job but you can see them at all Tom dick and Harry side posting with friends but can't smile with them co workers or spend one hr overtime to help them unit run smoothly so Dr June let's get this place running as a health care facility especially that ER and EMS units where ppl are meet first every day morning noon and night

Looking forward to seeing you in these areas to observe

OMG! Another disaster to add to the existing disasters that BVI is currently facing. Let’s hope that the bad mindednesses has been completely erased and that a high level of professionalism will be demonstrated. We’ll wait and see.
