PALM SPRINGS, California, USA- The [British] Virgin Islands flag is flying proudly in Palm Springs, California, as Mrs BVI Dr Arliene T. Penn has won the award for Voice of WIN at Mrs Globe 2023.

Dr Penn won the award last night, June 23, 2023, as she stood out among her peers for her positive impact, dedication, integrity, passion and inspiring example of femininity and kindness

The Mrs Globe pageant, which is the most prestigious Mrs pageant in the World, with over 80 countries and cultures represented on the international stage, is being held this year at Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa in Palm Springs, California from June 20-25, 2023, with the finals on June 24.

Dr Penn, A Communications Specialist, is the only representative from the Caribbean.

    Well it is not a beauty contest so she is in with a chance. Here gown however looks like a bath robe. She might loose some points there. The qualities stated admirable, not saying she doesn't possess them. If she does she would be the only person in tola possessing such outstanding attributes. Good for her, wish her the best.

      No they not poor but this is s time to put priorities in order. Women always have other avenues to raise funds to support other women and families in need without parading stages and spennding hard esarn money and donations for travel and evening wear. Is Win really a chsrity? Consider the cost for a year of reign, the donations, outfits, cost od travelling to the pagaent and cost of rhe show for contestants and supporters and then check the money they donate. So its like spending $70,000.00 to donate $3,000.00. How much of a pap smear does NHI does not cover and how much really did they pay for.
      Bottom line, other coubtries putting first thing first right now

    With only 25 contestants and not 89 as usual, she might have a higher chance. In these competitions, the sadder the story, the more the judges feel symoathy abd score high. In the introduction I was hoping she will be mostly proud to say dhe is suppose to be a minister in the church. Didn't hear that part mention. As a minister on a world stsge showing whst only your husband should be seeing make it interesting. But then that's how it is for the so-call believers.
