PALM SPRINGS, California, USA- Mrs British Virgin Islands Dr Arliene T. Penn advanced to the Semi-finals of Mrs Globe 2023; however, the crown was eventually taken by Mrs Europe Lana Hlumakova last night, June 24, 2023.

Although not coming away with the crown, Dr Penn had a successful journey at the event held at Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa in Palm Springs, California from June 20-25, 2023.

Her accolades included the award for Voice of WIN at Mrs Globe 2023 and placed second for Choice of the People.

The titles of Mrs Classique Globe went to Singapore Regina Firman and Mrs Curve Globe to Mrs South Africa Zanele Sibiya.

The Mrs Globe pageant is the most prestigious Mrs pageant in the World, with over 80 countries and cultures represented on the international stage.

    Congrats to Dr. Penn. This was a splendid achievement. I thought she represented herself and the territory with distinction. Kudos to her for her success.
    One thing about the show that I wasn't in favor of was the swimsuit section. These are married women and some were no spring chickens. Albeit they all looked great in that segment. Just my opinion.

    Notice the many other contestestants with Phd don't call themselves doctor. BVI are title overload.

      I so agree. There was this lecturer at HLSCC who would not answer if you don't call her Dr so and so. It's confusing because they are not medical doctors. Only doctor of medicine should have Dr before their name. In the states they don't use it as much. If a nurse has her PhD she cannot use Dr infront her name.

    I am a physician and would be ok with being addressed as Mr. In my community most of us a medical doctors and it is ordinary for almost everyone my age to be highly educated eith top degrees. No seeat. We move on and try to make the world a better place to be ans not to rub our accomplishments to be better than anyone else. We never really finish learn. I don't know the madan, but i congrsrulate her

    Whatever is ettiquette, proper or polite, everybody to their own orser. If being called doctor make them feel better, then it ok. We all have to open our mouth for the dentist and at the red cross prostate screening every year, the doctor does the same exam to all us guys. So lwt the academic élites take their honor in peqce.

    When life done, we going ll stand before our creator the same way and we will all bow and confess. Esrth status isn't going matter to Jehovah.. let us treat each other with love regardless of how low or high we think of ourselves
