The territory will participate in the 2026 New York Travel & Adventure Show, scheduled for Saturday, January 24, 2026, and Sunday, January 25, 2026, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Centre in New York City. 

Over 100 travel providers 

This event will feature hundreds of travel providers and celebrity speakers, all dedicated to helping attendees discover and plan their next adventure. Attendees will also have the opportunity to engage with tourism experts, explore various travel options, and gain insights into the destinations that the Virgin Islands have to offer.

According to a social media post by the BVI Tourist Board and Film Commission, the Virgin Islands team will be stationed at booth #421 and invites all attendees to connect with local experts who can provide personalised travel advice and recommendations.

Representing the Virgin Islands at this key event will be a dynamic team consisting of Shonda Maduro, Perla George, and Cassandra Smith, who will share the beauty and hospitality of the Virgin Islands with potential travellers.
