ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Some old proverbs say ‘All skin teeth nah laugh’ and ‘Tell truth come fah joke’. One wonders if the hilarious comedy of Andrea “Delcita” Wright, in Border Patrol will be ‘mashing some corns’ when the show is staged on Sunday June 28, 2015 at the Sir Rupert Briercliffe Hall in Road Town, Tortola.

Organisers said, with Delcita being back after taking a break from the territory, one can expect nothing but a grand belly bursting, rolling on the floor comedy play called ‘Border Patrol’.

“It is grand! Hilarious! Border Patrol exposes and reviews the church wives,” one of the organisers told this news site. It’s there the obvious ‘mashing of corns’ will take place as in the play it will be dramatised where church wives are sold out to publicity by creating a false image of a healthy marriage.

“Church wives who quote scriptures to defend their activities or lack of in the bedroom. Border Patrol parades some importance of the ‘main chick’ and ‘side chick’. Many ‘side chicks’ are confused and over ambitious and deem them themselves more important than they really are,”

On the other side of the show, the rhetorical question will ask whether the men are telling the women their real role or should the women do some research so they seem less foolish.

In any case, at the show one will have the opportunity to see the men as they continue to spend their money and their heart.  “Delcita parades her new image - A Cute cop with Border Patrol heart.”

Ms Wright’s last visit to the VI was in early 2013 and at her time of visit to the BVI she stated, "I really enjoyed it here in the BVI. I like the topography. It is really beautiful to the extent where I feel like I would stay here longer. The whole experience was really nice. We always have a message in our plays. There are two things that we want; the message that we want the people to get and also the entertainment.”

The organisers are expecting a sold out crowd at the show and are giving persons the opportunity to secure their tickets from early. Early bird tickets cost $20 are now on sale on Tortola at Hazim’s Beauty Supplies and on Virgin Gorda at Speedy’s.
