It's about time the ministry hires matured adults. These young people when placed in management position get all kinds of ridiculous attitudes and have zero people skills. They think it's okay to treat or talk to others in a disrespectful manner. Hardly do anything significant, just throwing their dead weight around. We also need to see more of this in schools.

The acting Director was an excellent person. She was bullied out of simple jealousy and envy. Another nail in the coffin of the VIP next election.

This Ministry need help! Too much emotional management!

Which sport this lady could advance. Not a lick of experience. But we the tax payers know the qualification needed - ride along!

Lady help us get proper facilities like decent sporting facilities before lights and also construction works on a track facility when it is not track season. Let’s start there. Thanks in advance by the tax payers for your help.

Please order 8 new starting blocks and get the Mondo Track people to patch the areas on the track that are looking shabby, please. We know you are capable. Congratulations. Try not to sit around and do the status quo. Instead look around and see what is needed and address those things. Like basketbal tornaments from the primary schools higher grades etc. Do your thing.

This is a good move. I miss Mr. Smith. War. Smith. TRIX! Hes DA MAN! If it wasn't for Trix I'd quit college. Many hungry days that manmade sure i ate. When shed tears because I wanted to quit, kindly but harshly he said "Stop crying like a lil bh! One more year an you're out!" College lost a gem in Ms. Hodge. I hope they dont lose Trixie too. All the best Hodgie.

I can agree with that. Don't mind he look like a thug, but he's nothing but a teddy bear. Heart of gold. Sad Ms. Hodge leaving and I too, glad I graduated already. How can you replace the irreplaceable?

This is a MAJOR "STUDENT" LOSS at HLSCC. No one did it like Ms. Hodge! No one! Talk about love for her students. She can NEVER be replaced, and HLSCC will NEVER be the same. If it were not for Ms. Hodge, I would have never graduated from HLSCC. Ms. Hodge was the person who cared enough to help me when I had given up on that degree. Trust me, HLSCC will never be the same without her. I don't care who they hire or replace her with. Her passion was for students, especially those LIKE ME who had no interest and did not want to continue my classes up there. Happy I'm no longer there, I cannot imagine the College without her. All the best, Ms. Hodge and I know you will do exceptionally well in your new position. Years ago, when you graded one of my COM100 journal entries, you wrote: YOUR GOT THIS! Ms. Hodge I know YOU GOT THIS!

I feel you. Trix is a trip. Made college fun. Nuff jokes when we had archery and volleyball. Really made the college experience fun.

So sad. That's like breaking up Batman and Robin. Every student function, the same faces. Hodgie, Trix. No professor, no deans, no president. NOBODY!
Yes, we notice. We pay attention. Ms. Hodge, I wish you al he best. Be a difference maker. Shake he system up, see what falls out.

Sometimes we reach the end of the road and have to trod a different path. It sees her time has come. Between her, and Mr. Smith, we had many discussions in her packed office. Some casual, some funny, some serious. I got perspectives from the female and males perspective. Trust me, this will NEVER happen at the college again. EVER! Hodgie, loving and maternal. Trix, like Mr. 'Been there, Done That!' It really saddens me hat so many will miss those kinds of moments. And for those that were here and didn't experience those conversations? Yall missed out. Big Time!

I can write a whole epistle, novel, or I can ran and rave about her leaving, but a the end of the day, it's what's best for her in this new chapter of her life. HLSCC, will 'see' that they lost a star. A gem. A genuine person. The REAL DEAL!
Ms. Hodge, I' not sure if you come on VINO, but if you do, please don go leave Trix. Mr. Silly Rabbit.

Facts. Then THEY want to talk about school spirit. We, the students see you, the staff and administration. We hear the suck teeth and see the skin up faces. We see. We just don't say. We know who for us. Who got our back. And one is leaving.
