ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Tim Dailey, 21, pleaded guilty to robbery and possession of a firearm when he appeared before High Court Justice Vicki Ann Ellis today, May 20, 2014.

Dailey, of Thomas Lands, East End, is accused of robbing Brewley’s Superette on September 10, 2013 and is represented by attorney Patrick Thompson. He is expected to be sentenced sometime later this week.

He is a Belonger and was first charged in connection with the robbery when he appeared before the Magistrate’s Court on September 16, 2013. He was subsequently remanded to prison after being denied bail.

Dailey allegedly robbed the Superette in the presence of two female employees during which a gun was discharged, damaging a cooler in the establishment.

He allegedly fled the scene with $600 which he had taken from the cash register after discharging a round and forcing the employees to flee for the back of the store in fear.
