ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- In what seems to be the start of a promising relationship, popular hardware store Clarence Thomas Limited (CTL) made a donation of several useful items to the BVI Athletics Association (BVIAA) and noted that it was just “a start”.

The donation of tents, cooler, chairs and table was made prior to the start of the BVIAA’s National Junior and Senior Championships at A.O. Shirley Grounds on June 18, 2022.

On hand to make the presentation were David Thomas – Chief Operations Officer and Nekita Turnbull – Marketing Manager of Clarence Thomas Limited (CTL), who handed over the items to BVIAA President Steve E. Augustine.

‘It’s a start!’- David Thomas

“It’s just the beginning. It’s a start. So, on behalf of Clarence Thomas Limited, I am presenting to you [BVIAA President Steve Augustine] a small donation to use and I hope it serves you well and benefits the athletes.

“Moving forward let’s see what we can do and make it a fun hearty relationship,” commented Mr Thomas.

President Augustine thanked CTL for this timely donation on behalf of the Track and Field family.
