PASEA ESTATE, Tortola, VI- The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (FSC) has issued a public statement to protect customers, creditors or persons who may have been solicited to conduct business by CRYPTOAEGIS INVEST and to make the general public aware that the person or entity has never been licensed or regulated by the FSC to carry on any financial services business, according to a recent statement.

CRYPTOAEGIS INVEST, according to the FSC, is circulating a forged investment business licence and is falsely purporting to be licensed by the FSC for Dealing in Investments and Arranging Deals in Investments.

Cryptoaegis Invest is a scam and a fraud- FSC

The FSC alerted the public that “CRYPTOAEGIS INVEST is not a BVI company and has never been licensed or regulated by the FSC to carry on investment business, or any financial services business, in or from within the Territory of the BVI.”

The FSC warned members of the public to “exercise extreme caution, if solicited at any time to conduct business with CRYPTOAEGIS INVEST.”

In their May 2, 2024 statement, the FSC invited the public to provide it “with any relevant information on any questionable entities which are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory, and on any improper activities engaged in by such entities.”

Furthermore, the FSC has issued the Public Statement pursuant to Section 37A of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
